The Hostel

A short walk from the main street of the village of Waipu, walk through a grove of citrus trees to find this boutique hostel and backpackers.

The Hostel: Three rooms only, a good kitchen, lounge internet access and sunny outside courtyard.

In Waipu you have all the basic shops, plus the famous Waipu Museum, and Pizza Barn and Bar

Your hosts: 

Steve is an energy analyst with a passion for sustainability and an interest in climate change. Elaine is a teacher and is the Epilepsy Field Officer in Northland

Monday nights Steve and Elaine disappear into the Coronation Hall in Waipu to do Country Dancing with a celtic flavour. You are welcome to join them in this or the other activities in this lively village.
